Find out which leads you're losing track of.
A fixed-price audit of your calls and forms, from the Google Ads click to the booked job. Five business days, credited toward the fix.
Book an auditMost tracking breaks quietly
A redirect drops the click ID. A form counts button clicks instead of submissions. A call comes in on a number nobody tracks. Google Ads keeps bidding on whatever it can see, and the report still looks fine.
The audit tests every path a lead can take, from the ad to your CRM, and shows where it breaks and what that costs.
What we check
What Google Ads optimizes on
Every conversion action, which ones bidding uses, and whether the same lead is counted twice.
Click ID survival
We load each landing page with a test click and check that the click ID survives redirects and reaches your CRM.
Forms
A test lead through every form, followed to the confirmation, the conversion, the email and the CRM record.
Calls
Which numbers are tracked, which calls count as conversions, and whether calls reach the CRM with their source.
Lead response
One call and one form, in hours and after hours. How long until someone gets back to the lead.
CRM and the closed loop
How many leads carry a source, how many reach a booked job, and whether anything goes back to Google today.
Ownership
Who holds the Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, domain and call tracking accounts.
Reconciliation
Leads in Google Ads against leads and booked jobs in your CRM over the last 90 days, and the size of each gap.
What you get
- A recorded walkthrough of what we found.
- A written report, findings ranked by impact, each with the evidence.
- An estimate of what the gaps cost you, using your own close rate and job values, with the assumptions shown.
- A fixed-price plan to fix it, in order.
- A 30-minute call to go through it.
Fixes are quoted separately. See conversion tracking for what the full setup includes, and Google Ads management for running the account after.
Who owns what
You own your accounts and data: website, domain, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking, CRM, and the leads in them. AVC owns its conversion platform, the system that sends your booked jobs and revenue back to Google. It runs in AVC's account and stays with AVC when the service ends.
Questions
What access do you need?
Read access to Google Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager, reporting access to call tracking, and read access to your CRM or an export of the last 90 days of leads and jobs. We do not change anything during the audit.
How long does it take?
Five business days from the day access is in place.
What if I hire you to fix it?
The audit fee is credited in full toward the work if you start within 30 days.
Do you fix things during the audit?
No. The audit tells you what is wrong and what it costs. You can take the plan to anyone, including your own team.
