What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, email, business name and website, what you want to grow, your budget range, and how you heard about us.
With each form, the page you sent it from and how you first arrived: the first page you landed on, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and any Google Ads click ID (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). Your browser stores these in local storage on your first visit so they can be attached to the form.
Website analytics: pages viewed and general device and browser information, through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
To reply to you, to understand which marketing brought you to us, and to measure how the site performs. We don’t sell your information.
Form contacts are not added to email campaigns. If we start a mailing list, we will ask before adding you to it.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions. Brevo stores contact records and sends us a notification email for each form. Google Workspace receives those emails. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure site visits and form submissions, and use cookies to do so. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without cookies.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Client data
When we run conversion tracking for a client, we process data about that client’s customers on the client’s behalf and under the client’s instructions. That can include click IDs, conversion times and values, and email or phone numbers, which are hashed before they are sent to Google Ads. We upload that data to Google as a third-party uploader for the client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your data.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep form submissions as business records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
