CRM integration and workflow automation.
Enter a customer, a job or an invoice once, and every system you use has it. We connect your CRM to scheduling, invoicing and accounting, and automate the handoffs between them.
Start a conversationTyped in once, not three times
A customer calls. Someone adds them to the CRM, books the job in the scheduler, writes the invoice in another tool, then enters it again in the books.
Each copy is a chance for a typo, a missed job, or an invoice that never gets sent. And it's hours a week of work nobody hired anyone to do.
We connect those systems so each record is entered once and flows everywhere it's needed, with every handoff checked and logged.
What we connect
The software you already run. We start by checking what each system can send and receive, then connect it with built-in integrations where they exist and custom code where they don't.
CRM and field service
Customers, leads and jobs. For example, Jobber.
Scheduling and calendars
Booked jobs, crews and appointments.
Invoicing and payments
Estimates, invoices and payment status.
Accounting
Invoices and payments recorded in the books. For example, QuickBooks.
Ads and analytics
Booked jobs and revenue sent back to Google Ads and GA4.

How it works
Discovery (free)
A conversation about your systems and the work you repeat, followed by a one-page summary you can share internally: what we'd look at, and what the deep dive costs.
Deep dive (paid)
We map your systems and how work moves between them, check what each one can send and receive, rank the handoffs to automate by time saved and effort, and quote the build. The report is yours whether or not we build it.
Implementation
We connect your systems and automate the handoffs, with every one checked and logged.
Monitoring (optional)
We watch every connection, alert you when one fails, and fix it, scoped to what you need.
What the deep dive delivers
A written report and a walkthrough meeting, scaled to the size of your company.
System map
Every system you run, what each one holds, how they connect today, and who owns each one.
Workflow map
How a customer, job and invoice move from first call to paid, and every place they’re typed in again.
Connection check
What each system can send and receive: built-in integrations, APIs, exports, and their limits.
Ranked handoffs
Which handoffs to automate first, ranked by time saved and effort, with estimated returns.
Connection design
How the connections, checks, logs and failure alerts would work for your setup.
Build plan and quote
Phases, timeline and a fixed price for the build.
Who it's for
A good fit
- Businesses running three or more systems that don’t talk to each other: CRM, scheduling, invoicing, accounting
- Teams retyping the same customer, job or invoice into more than one system
- Owners who want to keep the software they use, not switch everything to one platform
- Small businesses up to companies of about 250 people
Not a fit
- You only need one simple connection a built-in integration already handles
- You won't give access to the systems that need connecting
- You’re planning to replace those systems in the next few months
Questions
What are CRM integration services?
Connecting your CRM to the other systems you run, such as scheduling, invoicing and accounting, so customer, job and invoice records move between them without being typed in again.
What is workflow automation?
Software doing the handoffs your team does by hand: a booked job creates the invoice, a paid invoice updates the books, a new lead lands in the CRM. Business process automation is the same idea applied across the whole business.
Do we have to switch software?
No. We connect the systems you already use. If one can’t connect at all, the deep dive says so and lays out the options.
Why not just use Zapier?
Zapier works for many simple connections, and if it covers what you need, the deep dive will say so. We build custom connections when a tool’s triggers or limits don’t cover the handoff, or when you need every handoff checked and logged.
How much does it cost?
Discovery is free. The deep dive is a fixed fee, quoted after discovery. The build is quoted from the deep dive, and monitoring is quoted to what you need.
Can our own team build it from the deep dive?
Yes. The report is yours, whether or not we build it.
